Vaaleeks.fi delivers orders within Finland in accordance with the delivery methods displayed in the online store. These Shipping Terms apply to all orders placed through the Vaaleeks.fi online store.

Delivery Method

All orders are shipped via Posti. Available delivery options and any tracking information will be provided at checkout or in the order confirmation.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery address and external factors such as weather conditions, carrier congestion, or other circumstances beyond Vaaleeks.fi’s control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. Any campaigns or free shipping offers will be announced separately in the online store.

Delivery Delays

Vaaleeks.fi is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Posti, force majeure, or other reasons beyond Vaaleeks.fi’s control.

If an order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, the customer is requested to contact customer service.

Responsibility for Delivery

Responsibility for the products transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the customer or delivered to a Posti pickup point in accordance with the delivery terms.
